We perform interior finish works for apartments, houses and offices, reconstruction works for old houses. We also perform repairs for staircases for blocks of flats and other finish works.  We consult clients in their selection of construction materials and help to acquire them, attend their delivery to the construction site.

For client convenience we are planning to expand the sphere of company’s activities and shall provide a possibility also to perform other construction related works with our company. It is foreseen to acquire techniques allowing performance of ground digging and ground exportation works.

If You work and live abroad and have acquired real estate with partial finish in Lithuania, You can entrust interior finish works to our company.  After contacting us and explaining Your requests, projects and plans or design, You can come back to Your work abroad tranquil and we shall take care of the finish of Your apartment or house. After examining Your house or apartment and after hearing out Your requests, we could offer our design variations too.

As we are a legal entity, on client request we draw contracts where terms of work performance, ways of payment, time and warranties are discussed.
